- Therapeutic Pregnancy or Prenatal Massage is similar to clinical massage but with a focus on issues common to pregnancy. With a therapeutic approach, not only are we taking care of trigger points, tension, swelling, low back pain, etc, but by using Muscle Energy techniques, we will help prepare the mind and body for labor and delivery.
- We utilize a variety of massage modalities while tailoring every session to the individual’s needs. Some of the modalities utilized are Effleurage, Active Release techniques, Myofascial Release, Ischemic Compression, Muscle Energy Technique, Orthopedic Massage and Structural Integration techniques, Cupping, Gua Sha.
- FSM (Frequency Specific Microcurrent) “is like a gentle nudge to your body’s natural healing system. It uses tiny electrical currents, similar to what your nerves already use, to target sore spots. This nudge can help reduce pain, inflammation, and even speed up healing from injuries.” -frequencyspecific.com

Every session is tailored to the individual’s needs.
